One day before he turned 28, Mr Sim Han Kai founded LS Glass & Aluminium Sdn Bhd. The date was 9th of August, 2006. By then, Mr Sim had accumulated 12 years of experience in the glass and aluminium industry. His ambition began when he was working as a glass installer in Kuching at 16. He liked working with glass and learned very fast, so he decided that this was what he’s going to do. At 17, he came to Kuala Lumpur with one purpose in mind, to learn the trade. Four years later, he formed a company LS Divine Com with a partner, who left after three years. Initially, the company provided installation services in the subcon market place but gradually increased the job scope to include supply of materials. The company grew and to better reflect the capabilities of the company, Mr Sim changed the name to the present one.

Heath and safety issues of our workers are of great concern to us. We enforce standard safety measures in the construction industry: safety shoes, hard hat, safety vest, gloves, eye protection gear, fire hazard precautionary, fall arrest harness, and safety briefings. We will comply with any additional construction site Safety Policy and will work with the Site Safety Officer to ensure safe execution of our projects.

In addition, our workers are covered under SOSCO and additional company insurance.
